Bro-Hun R.O.M provides a strong and productive fellowship team for outreach ministries and our programs that allows each and every one to be able to connect with important factors of our ministries, from developing a strong church connection, community outreach programs, mental illness and mental health services, strong communication line.
It is important for us to focus and establish a strong evangelism and discipleship program by coordinating different activities to ensure a positive outcome. With the support and donations, we are able to provide support groups, resources for homeless, and building a solid relationship through small groups to share faith and the importances of a stable life. We provide prayer groups, life plans, and with the passionate volunteers we are able to extend God’s love and able to address many needs for those who attend our programs.
Our fellowship platform provides these methods for team composition and approach:
- Passionate Volunteers: Recruiting members with skills and a heart for service (e.g., social work, teaching).
- Prayer & Planning: Seeking guidance and developing strategies aligned with the ministries and outreach mission.
- Relationship-Focused: Prioritizing genuine connection and extending fellowship beyond the church walls.
- Serve & Send: Supporting missionaries and those called to serve in various fields.
Our key purpose is directed by and given resources:
- Small Groups/Cells: Small, intimate gatherings for fellowship, prayer, and teaching (e.g., Acts 2:42).
- Christian Community Development Association (CCDA): Resources for faith-based community development.
- Outreach Training: Strategies and tools for individuals, ministries and church growth through outreach.
Our values are based upon the 3 C’s method:
1) CAUSE,
2) CORPORATION
AND 3) COMMUNITY. Bro-Hun R.O.M is not just a ministry we are a family.
